I was saying goodbye to the kid the other morning and she reminded me that “Yous has to go to work today and Mama gots to stays home and work”. I asked her if I could stay home and Mama could go to work instead. The kid responded with an emphatic “No, Yous has to go to work to make the donuts and help the bad peoples at jail”. Yes I do.
