Majik Three Quarters who dat?

I am not a writer and don’t pretend to be. I just wanted a forum to capture and memorialize the humorous adventurous of my daughter. Besides, I can now list author to the short list of my accomplishments just like all the other hacky bloggers/newsletter scribes out there.

So what is Majik Three Quarters? That is the inspirational “real name” of my daughter HGM that was sent to me in a dream. Majik because it was Magical that I was going to be able to experience the journey of fatherhood. Three because that is the luckiest number ever. Quarters because it was a very long, emotional 9 months of pregnancy for the my wife and our entire family yet everytime I saw a quarter, you know a 25 cent coin, lying around something good happened with the pregnancy. Needless to say my baby mama wasn’t really fond of the name despite it being sent from the BIG MAN above in a dream, so she chose a more public appropriate “nickname” to fool the establishment but I believe the birth certificate reads Majik Three Quarters.
