We all took the kid to see the new Toy Story movie. When I say “We” I am talking about myself but also the Gang known as Mama, Papa, and Granny. The kid dressed up in her Jessie costume, complete with cowboy hat and boots. It was the first movie for Granny and Papa in nearly 16 years so the kid had to remind them about proper movie etiquette such as no talking and always keep your 3D glasses on. When the movie finally started the kid did not take her eyes off the screen for the entire movie. Near the end of the movie, she could be heard whispering to Mama that she wanted to see the movie again. The movie itself was great and there wasn’t a dry eye in our Gang at the end of the movie. I am glad HGM’s Gang got to experience this all together and hope that she remembers that special day for the rest of her life. I guess it is hard for everyone when kids grow up but especially for Parents and Toys. I cannot believe my little girl is already 3 years old. Someday I suppose she will grow up, go to college, and give away her toys too. Woody, I promise you that HGM and her Gang will find you and your pals an excellent place to stay when HGM goes to college.
Awwww...this is very sweet! I will never think of toys in the same way! There WAS an underlying reason that I saved most of yours over the years! A wonderful memory for these two members of the HGM gang!
